Step 1DETERMINING THE CLIENT’S NEEDS

The chosen plastic and product created depend on numerous details (temperature of the food packaging and storage environment; type and temperature of food being packaged; desired shelf-life; design requirements, colour etc.) and it is our duty to understand all the details before making a solution offer.

Step 2PREPARING THE FINAL PRODUCT ACCORDING TO CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

We produce most of the plastic required, ourselves! We are especially proud of our rPET material which is 100% produced from post consumed materials. The rPET plastic production process is also approved by the EFSA. The plastic’s exact characteristics are chosen according to the client’s expectations for their new product.

Step 3TEST BATCH PRODUCTION AND TESTING

To be convinced that the packaging is suitable for the client’s product and packaging equipment we will produce a small test batch for the client. We would like an EstPak Plastik representative to be present at the initial testing to be convinced that the packaging is appropriate or to map details that require adjustment.

Step 4WE ADHERE TO PROMISED PRODUCTION DEADLINES

We use three latest generation thermoformers that are identical, giving us the required reliability and flexibility. The annually produced 160 million trays show that we can serve larger and smaller companies.

Step 5TRANSPORTATION AND LOGISTICS

Thanks to stable and reliable logistics’ partners we can guarantee in-time delivery to all our clients regardless of the distance between us.

Plastic film production and sales

In the year 2017 we invested in a high technology extrusion line which allows producing rPET material from 100% recycled material suitable for coming in contact with food. The technology has been approved by the EFSA and helps reduce the ecological footprint left by the plastic’s industry.

Today the rPET film production capacity exceeds our own need, therefore we offer the film for sale to new and existing cooperation partners.

We have produced over 1.3 billion trays ourselves and therefore know what is important when selecting raw materials and production methods, so we can offer top quality.
