In the year 1999 EstPak Plastik was founded as a family company in Hiiu County, Estonia.

We started with a single thermoforming machine. Today we have six such machines, three of which are the largest and most powerful in their given category.

It’s a huge advantage to be technologically up to date but what makes us truly different from the others is our skilled and committed team. The employees’ focus on client satisfaction allows us to take on our strongest asset – new clients!

Today we run two unique production buildings at Kanama tee 35 and Anti tee 2. The first is used for thermoforming and the latter for film extrusion.

It’s not a coincidence that we have invested in the same brand equipment. The decision was taken to offer clients security and 100% delivery insurance. The same thermoformers can be used on any of the three pieces of equipment so that should one piece fail, our smooth production process is not interrupted.

The EFSA evaluated the Starlinger Decon technology used by EstPak Plastik AS and acknowledged the process’s thoroughness for handling PET flakes, thus approving the resulting rPET material as appropriate for coming in contact with foodstuffs. The safety assessment can be found here:

Our close to 40 committed employees devote themselves daily to the company’s development. The treatment of new exciting materials, strong quality control and product development always make eyes shine. It’s very positive to see packaging produced by our own company in shops!
